The paper that it comes on is very sturdy and the idea of having designs on the front and back with no extra charge was great. We did receive our shipment and the print job was horrible, but we called the 800 number (waited for about 20 minutes for a person to actually talk to me) and they took care of it right away. I sent over pictures of the print job so that they knew I wasn't fibbing about it, and they express shipped it so that it would be here in 2 days.
